I agree with what Rosie Kane said—it is much better to have clarification from the Executive to make sure that the proposed new body will be truly independent. To maintain speed, it might be best to send the petition straight to the Justice 2 Committee, which is considering the bill, and ask it to ensure that our questions are answered.
