Members would not believe what is going on.When the local authority tries to address the situation by establishing a quality bus contract, the bus companies are, at best, reluctant. Would the minister be interested in supporting a pilot scheme in an area such as West Lothian, where the council is trying to be proactive on quality bus contracts?
