We also believe that it will help to bring talent not only to Scotland, but to our universities. Much of the best work—especially in research—will not take place without the contribution of talent from outside Scotland.

There is more of a debate to be had about whether it would be appropriate for smaller RSLs to be involved. That debate is best had with the local partners, and that is the approach that we have taken.
I suspect that in such cases it might be appropriate to seek an order from the court to appoint on behalf of all proprietors an agent who will sell the site at the best price. Should the bill be more explicit in that area?
We have people who are well trained as tutors and we will bring in only people who we know can train the people out there well to give the best advice. I would like to return to the number of money advisers.
In other words, it would answer the requirement for choice and the possible need for legal advice to challenge or query the validity of the debts as well as to find out the best way to meet the debts under a debt arrangement scheme.I move amendment 109.
