If I, as a Central Scotland MSP, want to get information about a site in Lanarkshire, I cannot get that information from the public register online, so how do I go about getting it?
We do not hold that data centrally so, in some regards, we are reliant on getting that information from COSLA. If we can get that information, we will get it to you.
And the breathlessness increases. It gets worse. It gets worse. If you are not active and doing something a wee bit more strenuous, you do not really know that you are getting breathless.
We cannot just tinker around the edges of the current system; we need to look at creating a different system that actively supports different methods of getting from A to B.
That is a parallel of chief constables’ responsibility to review indefinite notification requirements and to actively remove orders that cease to be needed.
