Installation and maintenance licences are only one part of our wider plan to support and regulate the growth of heat networks in Scotland. I look forward to continued engagement with the Committee as we take forward the future Buildings (Heating and Energy Performance) and Heat Networks (Scotland) Bill in the new parliament, as well as implementing other elements of the Heat Networks (Scotland) Act 2021 in due course.
