At present, we are offering advice to organisations on a number of key areas of legislation, including the Human Rights Act 2000 provisions covering the rehabilitation of offenders and data protection, and part V of the Police Act 1997. She took us through the sections of the bill that would relate to Disclosure Scotland. The bill will amend part V of the Police Act 1997, which will allow Disclosure Scotland to have access to the lists that I mentioned and to disclose the fact that someone is on those lists.
