Last week, a response to a parliamentary question that I asked revealed that “at present there are no National Statistics estimating the number of households in fuel poverty in 2020 and 2021.”—Written Answers, 22 August 2022; S6W-09956. It is a scandal that this Government does not have up-to-date data on who is in fuel poverty.
