Stage 1 report on the Disclosure (Scotland) Bill - Regulated roles
The Bill replaces Schedules 2 and 3 of the PVG Act (see Schedules 3 and 4 of the Bill) and provides for a three-stage test to determine whether an individual is undertaking a regulated role:
that the individual undertakes one or more of a list of activities;
that the activities are "a necessary part of the role"; and
