The Scottish Government accepted this recommendation, stating that it was "right and proper that such commercial activity should be rated in the same way as commercial activity that is undertaken elsewhere."
We know what technologies we need to get us there, so let us support our industries to get commercial deployment of those technologies, so that we get decarbonisation without having to import materials that we currently produce in this country.
One of the key things that affects the work—particularly the marine work—is wind. When the wind gets up, it makes the water in the Forth very rough and it can be difficult to get the workforce or materials out to the marine working areas.
I guess that it is all a matter of taste. I quite like the coffee that we get in committees. In fact, I think that we are very lucky to get coffee in committees at all.
