Section 16 provides that the Commissioner must prepare and publish an annual report on their activities, which will contain a review of issues identified by the Commissioner as relevant to their functions; a review of the Commissioner’s activity in that year (including the steps taken to fulfil each of the Commissioner’s functions), any recommendations by the Commissioner arising out of that activity, and an overview of the activity which the Commissioner intends to take in the financial year following the year to which the report relates.
