UK Governments response to the Inquiry into Transparency of Intergovernmental Activity and its Impli

Important to this is ministerial accountability to Parliament. As reiterated in the Ministerial Code, updated in October this year, UK ministers must also comply at all times with the requirements that Parliament itself has laid down in relation to the accountability and responsibility of ministers.
