To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will publish details of any performance bonus scheme operated by Scottish Enterprise in respect of employees in Careers Scotland. This is an operational matter for Scottish Enterprise.
To ask the Scottish Executive how many health councils there are, broken down by NHS board area. Scotland currently has 15 local health councils, one in each NHS board area.
To ask the Scottish Executive how many public inquiries have been initiated as a result of applications under section 75 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 since 1 July 1999. None.

To ask the Scottish Executive when it will announce confirmation of the Montrose Bridge scheme, as required under the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984. The Montrose Bridge scheme was confirmed on 11 March 2004.

To ask the Scottish Executive what its position is on the draft constitution for Europe in relation to Scotland's fishing industry. The EUwould gain no more power over fisheries if the draft constitution were adoptedas it currently stands.
