Together with the record resources available to local authorities additional allocations have been made to help deliver the provisions of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 as follows: 2003-04 2004-05 2005-06 (£ Million) Revenue 1.2 12.5 13.0 (£ Million) Capital - 2.0 2.0 It is for each local authority in consultation with their partners, to determine how best to use the resources available to them, including consideration of support for mental health officers.We have commissioned a study into the operation of the tribunal, the tasks which different groups complete as part of the process and the time contributions made.
