Carer's Allowance Supplement (Scotland) Bill - Carers not entitled to Carer's Allowance Supplement
If a carer only has underlying entitlement to Carer's Allowance, then they will not get CAS. Underlying entitlement means people who have applied for Carer's Allowance but do not get it because they receive another earnings replacement benefit such as the State Pension.
