Earlier this week, I announced that the Scottish Executive will continue to offer financial support to secure the operation of the ChildLine anti-bullying helpline and I am also considering the future funding of the anti-bullying network. I expect to make an announcement on the subject presently.

Will the Scottish Executive therefore implement Professor Sutherland's recommendations in full, particularly the recommendation that personal care costs should be met from public funds? Will he do that and do it soon, rather than simply follow the shabby compromise announced by the Government at Westminster?
