The reduction in peak-time fares is welcome, but it is no use to people if they cannot get on a train in the first place. When will that practice finally end?
Has it underestimated the time needed to properly execute the policy? Will our constituents get the payment this month or will the winter heating payment end up being the Scottish summer payment, paid too late to keep people warm this winter?
The sooner this Parliament and this Government are in charge of their own finances and we get them out of the hands of Tories at Westminster, with independence, the better.
