We are currently working with all our partners to decide the best and most cost effective way to deliver on the Programme for Government commitment on the promotion of electric bikes.

Officials are working with the Department for Work and Pensions to consider how best to implement these changes in Scotland and Discretionary Housing Payments will continue to be available for those affected until implementation is complete.
