Scottish Public Pensions Agencys the McCloud Remedy
For the NHS, 60% of eligible members can now be provided with their Remedy choice on retirement, with the remaining 40% defaulting to legacy benefits, which are expected to represent the best outcome for most retirees. For teachers, 77% of members are able to make their Remedy choice on retirement, with the remaining 23% defaulting to legacy benefits.
