The Sub-Committee asks the Scottish Police Authority to consider introducing a code of conduct for the use of cyber kiosks, and recommends that any such code should include a risk assessment of collateral intrusion and details of how to mitigate that risk.
Members must comply with the requirements of this Code of Conduct (the Code), with the Standing Orders, and with any other decision of the Parliament relating to the conduct of MSPs.
