As you will be aware, the UK Government has tightened checks on HCW visa sponsors and increased enforcement activity in the sector.As a result, between July 2022 and December 2024 more than 470 HCW visa sponsor licences in the care sector were revoked, leaving over 39,000 international care workers in the UK without sponsorship and thus employment.
