As far as I am aware, it has now ceased to be an active project. How can we ensure that groups that come together to take positive initiatives get good advice and good support on accessing funding and so on, so that barriers are not put in their way and they do not feel that they have to align themselves with private organisations rather than look at other ways to get hold of funding?
