Background to the provision of secure care in Scotland and essential facts and figures There are current five secure care units in Scotland: Good Shepherd in Bishopton, Kibble in Paisley, Rossie in Montrose, St Mary’s Kenmure in Bishopbriggs, and Edinburgh Secure Services unit at Howdenhall in Edinburgh.
