Why would you say that, if everybody is working well together and getting on fine? Is there a contractual agreement in place to deliver this or is it a “getting on fine” arrangement?
How will it increase what you described as the breadth and the depth of Gaelic? I think that the bill will get us closer to that. Engaging in intensive community work in particular localities is more likely to get us there, and that is what the bill seeks to do.
The survey that we did in 2017 showed a significant increase in people wanting to have more of a say about what happens in their green space and to getactively involved in physical activities and tasks to improve the site.
