They need to work out where we want them and how we will get them. After doing that, they need to work out how we will get people to invest in them, because, as Colin Smyth has said, there are people who want to do so.
There will also be streams in relation to community activity in particular. There is a lot of volunteer work; young people want to get engaged with themes such as equalities and some of the issues that are involved there.
Because the transport issue covers so many different aspects of our lives, it is a real struggle. If people are not happy about getting on a train carriage or a busy bus, they will probably not get on busy flights, either.
That is a criminal matter and it can take quite a time to get to court. We know that those periods are getting shorter, but Police Scotland often proceeds against officers when there have been no criminal proceedings on the same facts.
I am not entirely convinced that people cannot get insurance. We are still looking into the details of that, and if they cannot, we will take steps to work out how we can get a resolution to the matter.
