I am sure that he is no different from me and other members, who, on a weekly basis, see constituents at their surgeries who are having difficulties with the changes to the welfare system and experiencing delays in payments being made to them, which is forcing them to get food from food banks.Food poverty is on the increase in this country, not because of the inaction of the Scottish Government but because of the action of the UK Government and the direct impact that the introduction of welfare changes is having on people.
