To meet UEFA’s requirements, host authorities must be able to restrict street trading and advertising activity in designated areas. Only the branding and commercial activities of UEFA and its commercial partners should be permitted in these areas.
The Bill also recognises that, while at present “management” encompasses a wide range of activities, reflecting the diverse nature of the estate, in future such a wide range of activities may not be appropriate for particular assets.
