To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to amend extant legislation concerning the management and creation of allotment sites. Local authorities are best placed to assess the needs of their communities and develop policy on the provisions and management of allotments.

To ask the Scottish Executive whether there have been any instances whereby the procedures for the identification of land for development on infill sites, as set out in Scottish Planning Policy 3 - Planning for Housing, have not been adhered to.
