We know which individuals are concerned, although we do not know who they are or whom they represent. They have expressed extreme contrition over this and claim that they were not directly responsible.
That sympathy is echoed by the editorial stance of such papers as the Daily Record, the Sunday Mail and The Express, which are not commonly known for supporting a Conservative position.
I am sure that all those in the crofting community and those members who have expressed an interest in this area will warmly welcome this announcement.
