Teacher Workforce Planning for Scotland's Schools - Introduction
On that basis the recommendations are in their very nature focussed on what could be done better, and it has heard some concerning evidence at points in the inquiry highlighting matters that require to be addressed.
A view expressed by some teachers giving evidence to the inquiry was that they did not feel sufficiently valued or respected.
