We are opening a can of worms. When we visited the Glasgow office, the point was well made to us that there appear to be delays in reporting by the police.
Karen Whitefield mentioned the worldwide web. If the rest of the world has not done its homework—as the minister seemed to suggest— that could mean catastrophe for British business.
