If MSPs wish to host additional visitsfrom schools, they are able to book rooms for these visits. This includesbooking committee rooms, when not in use for parliamentary business, for thistype of meeting.
Indeed, members who travelled overseas to take evidence for the inquiry were struck by the reservoir of warmth that they encountered in the countries that they visited. I visited Paris and Dublin and other members visited other places.
However, the member can rest assured that I learned a great deal from the campaigners when they visited the Parliament, and I should say that I was also visited by campaigners from Fraserburgh who were accompanied by Stewart Stevenson MSP.

Members will recall that when Peter Beaton gave evidence to the committee, in private and public session, he asked us to consider whether we wished to make comments in advance of his next visit to Brussels, where he will represent the Scottish Executive.
