There was no support for reduced spending.In addition to a submission from Shelter (Scotland) we also received 26 postcards distributed by that organisation.
I am pleased with the success of the helpline, which is averaging 500 calls per week, and of the website, which received 2,000 visits during the first month of the campaign.
Do you agree that there should be an announced and an unannounced visit—one within and one outwith normal hours—and that therefore two visits is the absolute minimum?
