Obviously, we cannot visit them all in one year, but in our three-year rolling programme we visit all our rural estates, so each of the three major Scottish estates is visited once every three years.
The only point I would add is that, if stakeholder engagement on implementation starts from the basis that "This is what the EU directive requires—you will have to do X, Y and Z", it can be a frustrating process.

RECOMMENDATION 26
It endorses the ECCLR recommendations on cleaner fish and agrees that there is an urgent need for an assessment of future demand as well as all associated environmental implications of the farming, fishing and use of cleaner fish.
