To ask the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body what provision there is for foreign visitors to access information on the workings of the Parliament in their own language.
What more can he insist be done to offer practical access for patients and visitors alike? Mr Carlaw will be aware that there is a range of options and routes.
We have assumed that, because there is a higher eligible population, more families will receive universal credit and will therefore be eligible for the Scottish child payment.
