Section 2 – Consequences of aggravation by prejudice 26. Section 2 provides for what is required to happen when an offence is aggravated by prejudice by virtue of section 1. 27.
Section 19 empowers the Scottish Ministers, following consultation with Consumer Scotland (and, where appropriate, others) and subject to parliamentary process, to confer new functions on Consumer Scotland or to modify or remove existing ones.

The SPS do collate the number of literacy learners on a monthly basis which includes those who are continuing from the previous month, as well as new learners starting during the month.
The Prison Officers Association Scotland has estimated that the SPS needs to recruit between 50 and 70 new staff for the prison. When will the harmonisation process be complete?
I would question the quality. I have just been visitingnew properties in my constituency, which happen to have been built by Persimmon, and the quality is just awful.
