I met both presidents on Monday 25 October, and the Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Veterans and I met the Law Society president on Tuesday 26 October. The presidents confirmed that, even if further adjustments were made to the specific COP26 package, that would not guarantee the participation of local bar associations.

To ask the Scottish Government for what reason the latest Scottish Stroke Care Audit data does not provide comprehensive reporting on stroke rehabilitation, and what measures it is taking to assure patients that appropriate levels of therapy and specialist staffing are being delivered consistently across every NHS board.
To ask the Scottish Government what the latest indicative international credit rating, in whatever form, would be in respect to Scottish debt issued by it or on its behalf, or guaranteed by it or any of its agencies.
It will upskill the workforce and train new entrants, as well as investing in technology to put the UK at the cutting edge of new safe and sustainable fishing methods.
