The Scottish Government is keen to encourage audiences to return to cultural events. The First Minister held a media visit at the Scottish Opera on 2 February.
Physicians from the Board had intended to visit a centre in North America to share best practice but the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in this being postponed.
The programme has scheduled seven visits over the three year period stipulated, in order to provide additional educational input and to visit clinical units to understand systems and issues at first hand.
They update and cross-reference section 28 so that the bill makes the necessary changes to the 1996 act, to ensure that it aligns with the revised structure of section 26 and the new section 26ZA introduced by amendment 39.
