Schools (Residential Outdoor Education) (Scotland) Bill
The Government is broadly supportive of the intention of the Bill to improve access to residential outdoor education. However, the Government expressed reservations around:

Delegated powers in the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill at Stage 1
Committee consideration
In its letter to the Member, the Committee expressed concern that there might be a perception amongst the public that assisted dying would become available upon commencement of the Act when, in fact, it will not be possible unless and until an “approved substance” can be specified.
