The consideration of planning permission for the siting of individual fish farms is a matter for local authorities who deal with each new fish farm site on its merits through the terrestrial planning process.
I am sure that the hard-working people in its visitor centre tell visitors about the centrality of human rights to Scottish legislation, due to the devolution arrangements.
However, I see no harm in writing to it and, if you are content, Bob, I am happy to do so, just to express where this comes from and what it is about and to ask for its thoughts.
