(2) In section 10(1) (additional statutory conditions), after “cultivation of the holding” insert “, and without prejudice also to the ability to make use of the land for a diverse purpose 10 under Part 2 of the schedule of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2025”. 1 (3) In section 26(3)(a) (supplementary provisions), for “present rent of which within the meaning of this Act” substitute “rent of which, in accordance with Part 1 of the schedule of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2025,”.
