It explained that currently Glasgow is the only site for the Home Office’s Devolved Decision Making pilot, which seeks to identify children and young people at risk of child sexual exploitation and trafficking.
We have heard that there is innovative work being undertaken around off-site manufacture and new skills frameworks, but industry-wide more leadership is needed on collaboration and coordination.
There is no statutory definition of what constitutes "reasonable inquiry". However, it can include site visits, examination of photographic evidence and considering test reports or certificates of construction issued by an Approved Certifier of Construction.
