To ask the Scottish Executive whether a minister sanctioned contact between Kevin Pringle and Professor Matt Qvortrup on 26 or 27 October 2011 and, if so, for what reason.
That ambition is critical, because it shows that the UK Government understands that just transition means new jobs and new investment. It is not just about decarbonising our economy; it is about building things in.
We will go to Mark Ruskell first, then come back to Finlay, once he is back on board. I welcome the minister to his new portfolio. I have a couple of questions about public accessibility of the new register.
