To ask the Scottish Government what assessment it has made of the role credit unions play in supporting financial inclusion and access to affordable credit.
As a result, survivors can now bring claims at any time for abuse that occurred on or after 26 September 1964.
Separately, for claims subject to prescription, a 20‑year ‘long‑stop’ period may apply.
The new Scottish Universal Credit choices have been warmly welcomed by people in receipt of Universal Credit, welfare advisors, local authorities and landlords.
