Earlier this year I invited communities to register early interest in their area becoming a new National Park and we have had a very positive response.
Quite a lot of work has gone into improving that data set in relation to reducing the number of young people who have an unknown classification. In the latest data, which came out a couple of weeks ago, that number was down to 4.6 per cent.
Homes for Scotland places a strong emphasis on the necessity of a clear National Outcome that prioritises the delivery of new homes, with a target of 25,000 new homes per annum.
