The Deputy First Minister made it clear that the Scottish Government is committed to continued membership of the European Union in her speech at a European Policy Centre Event in Brussels on 26 February 2013. As matters currently stand, each accessing of an article, image etc. by a new reader/viewer/listener would trigger a new cause of action and, therefore, a new limitation period.

School visit
The Committee visited a school in Dunfermline on Tuesday 1 May.
We are delighted that the University of the Highlands and Islands is now on site building part of the new campus up in Inverness. Cap Gemini, which we mentioned the last time we were before the committee, has just secured 500 new jobs and is moving into our office in Inverness, where those new jobs are being created.We have also approved funding for many new things.
In terms of economic indicators, the latest gross domestic product statistics, which were published on 19 December, show that the Scottish economy continues to have stable growth for the fifth consecutive quarter.
