Amendments 1182 and 1188 broaden the duty to include that a tenant may be offered an allotment on the same allotment site, as well as an alternative site, so that if only part of a site is disposed of, the tenant may be offered an alternative allotment on the same site.

As part of the feedback to this plan the Scottish Government confirmed: “I can advise you that NHS Borders will be de-escalated to Stage 3 in relation to Finance and Stage 2 in relation to Governance & Leadership”.
Arrangements for de-escalation and support should be provided to them where situations do escalate.This is a view shared by some of our teaching unions, including NASUWT and the SSTA.
