The wider review on extending concessionary travel across all modes of public transport to those under the age of 26 was paused as a result of the impact of COVID-19, but is nearing completion.
Before we begin our consideration of amendments, I politely ask members to make their points succinct and clear when they are speaking to their amendments. Section 26 agreed to. Sections 30 and 31 agreed to.
In addition to the panel process, the Committee held a formal evidence session on 26 September to explore the core principles of gender budgeting and participation in the budget process.
Of course, I offer my condolences to everyone who has lost a loved one. We will shortly publish our latest estimate of the R number, which we do every Thursday.
