I place on record thanks to West Dunbartonshire Council, which gave us quite a bit of time and provided a number of senior staff and folk who work on the front line in West Dunbartonshire.The council is involved in one of the DWP pilots, which is to assess the impact of the introduction of universal credit. Concern was expressed about whether the pilot will have a meaningful impact on the implementation of universal credit and what lessons might be learned.
