What would be the Executive's reaction to such a system? It is possible to devise new systems. The Executive does not suggest that it has a monopoly of wisdom in that area.

Your response to the consultation says:"the specific references to waste treatment technologies in paragraph 5 should be removed". We need a variety of new technologies to be represented in the new facilities.
