I found that slightly puzzling, because as far as I know there are 24 hours in a day, not 25 or 26, but presumably that phrase refers to something else.
That resource was lost when long-stay national health service beds closed. We need new resources for new drugs. Several drugs, such as Aricept, are not available throughout Scotland.
We want MSPs to have the opportunity to keep their knowledge up to date and to develop new expertise in what could be, for many of you, a long and honourable career.

I understand that a copy of the latest advice from the Special Committee on Seals has now been received and I will be considering its contents very carefully.
Paragraph 76 says:"Repeal of section 2A is expected to be cost neutral."The implementation of section 26 is not expected to place a financial burden on local authorities.
